Welcome to Estiq. By accessing our website and using our AI Virtual Staging and Location Analytics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. AI Services and Disclaimer

Estiq provides tools powered by artificial intelligence, including image generation (Virtual Staging) and data analytics.

Accuracy: AI-generated images and data are for illustrative and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the structural accuracy, scale, or physical feasibility of virtually staged designs.
"As Is" Basis: All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You acknowledge that AI generation may occasionally produce artifacts or unexpected results.
Credits: Service usage is metered by credits. Credits are deducted per generation task. Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless specified in your plan.

2. User Content & License

By uploading images to our platform ("User Content"), you grant Estiq and our third-party AI processors a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, and process the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent that you own or have the rights to any images you upload.
You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content.

3. Third-Party Processors

To deliver advanced AI capabilities, we utilize third-party services, including but not limited to NanoBanana and Google Gemini. By using our service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising arising out of your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse our API/system resources.
