1. What are cookies?
Cookies and web storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) are small pieces of data stored on your device. We use strictly necessary ones without consent, because the site cannot work without them. Everything else – analytics and live chat – starts only after you consent. Before consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no request is sent to Google. We use no advertising cookies.

Map images (CARTO, Esri) and open-source libraries (jsDelivr, cdnjs, unpkg) load from those providers' servers. They receive your IP address but set no cookies. See the privacy policy.
Payments. When you pay for a valuation report you are redirected to Stripe’s secure checkout page (checkout.stripe.com). estiq.ee loads no Stripe scripts and sets no payment cookies. On its own page Stripe, as an independent controller, sets strictly necessary cookies for fraud prevention and to process the payment (e.g. __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid); see Stripe’s cookie policy.
3. Giving and withdrawing consent
On the cookie banner, "Reject all" and "Accept all" are equivalent. Under "Customize", every option is off by default. You can change or withdraw consent at any time: use the button below or "Manage cookies" in the footer. When you withdraw, we delete the analytics cookies and reload the page.
You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
