From an address to a clear overview

    Find an address

    Open Radar and enter an address. Select the correct building from the address and building results.

    Choose the area

    Switch between 150, 300 and 500 metre radii. Each option shows register records and known building scale for that area.

    Check the source

    Open a project and its source link. Check the status and dates to distinguish planned, permitted, started and completed work.

DATA & LIMITATIONS

EHR provides building, permit and construction-notice records. Tallinn TPR and the Land and Spatial Board’s PLANK provide planning records. Base maps and aerial imagery come from the Land and Spatial Board.

Register records may lag behind events. A plan does not guarantee a construction start or completion date. Check project documents and conditions on site.

Before using the report

What does the report include?

The report brings together nearby plans, permits, new builds and renovations with their status, distance, known scale and source links. Building, environmental and price-context data is shown where available.

Does zero projects mean there is no construction nearby?

No. Zero means no matching records were found in this dataset for the selected radius or category. Registers may lag behind events and some work may not appear in the dataset.

Does the report assess daylight or forecast property prices?

No. Building heights and planning records help identify questions for further checks. The report does not include a daylight simulation, a valuation of the building or a price-growth forecast. Asking-price and transaction comparisons describe different property samples.

How can I save the report?

Choose “Print / PDF” in the building report and select Save as PDF in your browser’s print dialog. The separately formatted downloadable PDF report is still in preparation.
